All Orders are processed within up to 2 business days depending on the location of the delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or more. You will be informed in case of delay

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange policy is only applied on refurbished products.

We have a 5-day exchange policy; meaning that you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange to another product.

Money refund is not acceptable, You may only exchange to another product with the same value or a higher value by paying the difference, and if the value was less, the money will be credited into the account for any further purchases.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received. Items that are used are eligible for exchange only if all tags and packages are in a good condition.
* Power supply and adapters (chargers) are excluded from warranty.
* Batteries are under 15 days warranty.
* There is no warranty on operating system and installed softwares.
